We offer you the following payment methods via the payment service provider mollie: Apple Pay, Klarna (Invoice, Sofort, and Direct Debit), Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and PayPal. 

Please note: Depending on the delivery country and payment history, not all payment methods may be available. 

Apple Pay 

You can pay with Apple Pay during the checkout process. To do so, you must confirm the payment via the Apple Pay service on a supported Apple device while following the required verification steps. Apple Pay uses the payment details stored in your Apple Wallet app for the transaction.

Klarna  

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made directly to Klarna: 

  • Invoice: The payment deadline is 30 days from the date of shipment. The invoice terms for deliveries to Germany can be found here and for deliveries to Austria here. 

  • Sofort: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order. "Sofort." is the direct transfer service of Sofort GmbH – A Klarna Group Company. You pay securely and conveniently using your usual online banking login details (PIN/TAN) without registration – now in Klarna’s new design. Once the transfer is completed, we as the merchant receive an instant confirmation, allowing us to ship stock items to you immediately—so you receive your purchases faster. Please note that Sofort payments are only available for orders up to a maximum of €500. 

  • Direct Debit: The amount will be debited after your order has been shipped. You will receive an email notification of the exact timing. 

Using Klarna’s invoice and direct debit payment options requires a positive credit check. Therefore, we forward your data to Klarna during the purchase process for address and creditworthiness verification. Please understand that we can only offer you payment methods permitted based on the results of Klarna’s credit check.

Credit Card 

For maximum security, your credit card details are encrypted using SSL technology. When you place an order, the amount is reserved on your credit card. The actual charge will be made only when the order is shipped. 

For credit card payments, we use 3-D Secure, an additional security feature for online credit card transactions. Developed by Visa, it is used for the Verified by Visa service and Mastercard SecureCode. 3-D Secure helps reduce fraud risk. If 3-D Secure is applied to your order, a connection to your card issuer will be established, requiring you to confirm your identity using a password or smartphone authentication. Once successfully verified, the payment will be processed. 

 

PayPal 

Paying with PayPal is easy and secure: 

  1. Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout. 

  1. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your payment. 

  1. If you already have a PayPal account, log in with your PayPal credentials and confirm the payment. 

  1. If you don’t have a PayPal account yet, you can create one and then proceed with the payment. 

  1. After completing the payment, you will be redirected back to maloja.com.
