How can I place an order?

Which payment methods do you offer?
We accept PayPal, credit card, and Apple Pay. We cover any payment processing fees incurred during checkout.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over USD / CAD 150,-. For orders below this value, a shipping fee of USD / CAD 9.90 applies. We usually ship with FedEx.
Who pays customs duties and import taxes?
We cover all regular customs duties and import taxes for your order (subject to change and applicable regulations).
How long does shipping take?
We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery time is usually 2–5 working days, depending on the delivery country.

Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service to request changes.
How can I track the progress of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and a tracking link.
Returns
How can I return an item?
Important: The information below applies only to the following countries – USA, Canada, Dubai, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan.
We hope you're enjoying your product! However, in the unlikely event that you need to make a return, you may do so within 30 days of your purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@maloja.com to obtain a “Return Authorization Number (RA#)”.
The product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
Managing clothing returns has a significant environmental impact and is costly. To help reduce our environmental footprint, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please briefly explain the reason for your return and include your name and order number in the email. Our customer service team will get back to you shortly with an RA#. Once your return has been received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed.
Please note: A refund is only possible for unworn items in their original packaging with all labels attached. For swimwear and underwear: these may only be returned in unopened original packaging.
Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order. This way, you’ll receive the correct product as quickly as possible.

How can I make a warranty claim?
Maloja products are subject to strict quality standards. If a material or manufacturing defect occurs, we will fix it or replace the product free of charge – within the statutory warranty period. The condition is that you purchased the product from an authorised dealer or directly from Maloja, and that you can provide proof of purchase.
The warranty period is 24 months, or 12 months in the case of commercial or professional use, starting from the date of purchase by the end customer. The date on the proof of purchase is decisive.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper use, or normal wear and tear. Such damage can occur – in these cases, our professional repair service is available at a fair price.
