Which payment methods do you offer?

We accept PayPal, credit card, and Apple Pay. We cover any payment processing fees incurred during checkout.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for orders over € 100,- (or NOK 1,200,- for NO / CZK 2,500,- for CZ). For orders below this value, a shipping fee of € 4.90 (or NOK 99,- for NO / CZK 225,- for CZ) applies. We usually ship with DHL.

Who pays customs duties and import taxes?

We cover all regular customs duties and import taxes for your order (subject to change and applicable regulations).

How long does shipping take?

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery time is usually 2–5 working days, depending on the delivery country.
