How can I return an item?

Please use our return portal and follow the instructions. Our return period is a comfortable 30 days. We cover the cost of return shipping.

Please package the items carefully for return, fill in the online return form, attach the return label to the parcel (or alternatively have it printed in-store via QR code), and drop it off at your nearest DHL Parcel Shop.

Alternatively, you can return the item at your own expense using a shipping company of your choice. Please use the following return address:

Please note: A refund is only possible for unworn items in their original packaging with all labels attached. For swimwear and underwear: these may only be returned in unopened original packaging.

Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order. This way, you’ll receive the correct product as quickly as possible.
